This interactive training explores what boundaries are and how they influence our quality of life.
We’ll learn how trauma impacts our abilities to establish healthy boundaries and techniques to ensure a balanced life, even with the presence of trauma.

Who should attend?
This training is for anyone who finds themselves struggling periodically or chronically with setting boundaries. If you find yourself feeling depleted and taken advantage of; if you do not feel like your personhood is honored or respected, this training is for you. This is also for those who work with people in a healing/helping capacity where healthy relationships to ones self and others are critical.

Shanon has dedicated her life to creating resources and access to all eight pillars of wellness. Her belief is that everyone deserves to live in peace. To do that, she identifies barriers to healthy wellbeing and works to remove them.
